What is Free Redical (Active Oxygen) ?

Oxygen is a essential factor in our breathing, but a portion of it changes to free radical to attack our bodies through the progress of breathing or digestion. Now a days, it is reported that the free redical to generate in our bodies acts as the cause of aging and various diseases. Usually normal oxygen stays in our bodies for about 100 seconds, on the other side, free redical stays in our bodies for about ( 1/ millionth OR billionth) seconds and attacks our bodies in a flash with its strong power. There is the reason why we have to protect harmful free redical from our bodies.

Cause and harmfulness of Free radical (Active Oxygen)

Free redical attacks the cell membrane of cell which is the basic unit of our bodies, makes the original function of cell loss and disturbs the revival of cell by attacking the DNA in cell. Finally that works as the cause of all kinds of diseases by breaking the signal delivery system of our bodies or decreasing our immune ability.
